Diogenes is the beneficiary of two major fundraisers each year, the Audi Quattro Cup in summer and Greg Schmidt’s Annual Christmas Extravaganza during the holidays.

Audi Quattro Cup:  The Audi Quattro Cup is the world’s largest amateur golf tournament.  Niello Audi and Audi North America have generously partnered with Diogenes to present this premiere event in the Sacramento area.  This year’s tournament is hosted at Catta Verdera in Lincoln.  We are currently soliciting hole sponsors and golfers/foursomes.  To sign up or for more information please visit: nielloquattrocup.com

Greg Schmidt’s Annual Christmas Extravaganza:   For the past 22 years Greg Schmidt has been hosting a private formal Christmas Party.   This began as a small affair and grown in popularity over the years until the average attendance today stands near 500.  8 years ago Greg partnered with Diogenes to donate all party profits to our programs.   Through this generous relationship Greg has become Diogenes’ largest individual donor with cumulative gifts well into 6 figures.  The party is traditionally held the Thursday before Christmas at the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria and includes live entertainment such as Tainted Love, a full no-host bar, and catered appetizers.  To purchase advance tickets, view photos from last year or get more information, please visit www.christmaspartyextravaganza.com.
